Volunteers needed for Children's Liturgy

CHILDREN’S LITURGY OF THE WORD
In the Catholic Church, the Children's Liturgy of the Word (CLOW) is a separate, age-appropriate celebration of the Mass's Liturgy of the Word for children. During this time, children are dismissed from the main service to participate in readings, a reflection, prayers, and songs/activity specifically tailored to their level of understanding, before returning for the Liturgy of the Eucharist. This helps young children grow in their faith and better understand God's word.

We need Leaders and Assistants for our CLOW during Sunday 10:00 am Mass. For ages 4-8 yrs old. Please reach out to Lee Griggs in the parish office 812-425-1577 [email protected] for more information or to volunteer. (We need two adults per Sunday for the Children’s Liturgy class to take place; one leader one assistant.)
