JUSTICE MINISTRY

CAJE Listening Session

Our parish Justice Ministry will hold a CAJE Listening Session on Wednesday, September 15 at 6 PM.  Gathering with snacks (provided) will be at
5:30 PM in Rager Hall.
CAJE is Congregations Acting for Justice and Empowerment.  Our parish, along with 23 other congregations will hold these Listening sessions in order to hear the problems that people are experiencing.  CAJE staff will consolidate the problems and list the ones mentioned most. People who attended the Listening sessions as well as all congregants will have the opportunity to vote on the next problem that CAJE will research and bring to the Nehemiah Action May 9, 2022.

Fr. Alex plans to attend and is interested to become better acquainted with parishioners through this Listening process.

Please respond to either Terri Berg at [email protected] or to Mary Jo Bennett at [email protected] or call or text Mary Jo at 812-204-3852 before September 15.  Please provide your email address when you respond in case the meeting will be held via Zoom so that a Zoom meeting invitation can be sent to you.
