Your Parish Needs You!! THE NOMINATION PROCESS GIVES YOU A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO TALK WITH OTHER PARISHIONERS THAT YOU SEE IN CHURCH AND ACTIVITIES AROUND THE PARISH.
Are you or someone you know wanting to play a larger role in where we are going as a parish in downtown Evansville and the community?
NOMINATE yourself or NOMINATE ANOTHER PARISHIONER for one of the seats on the Parish Council. 
Please consider this needed and important leadership role of representing YOUR parish community. 
Orange nomination forms are out in the back of church. Fill it out and drop in the stewardship basket or FILL OUT YOUR FORM ONLINE on our website www.stsmaryandjohnparish.org
NOMINATION DEADLINE by END OF DAY Monday, May 16.
~Parish Council is an advisory body to the Pastor.
~The Parish Council will have monthly meetings.
~An effective council reflects the diversity of the parish community. 
~You may nominate yourself or another parishioner. (18 years or older who has been confirmed)
*Canon law stipulates that parish council members should be Christians in full communion with the Catholic Church.
