Good evening. This weekend we celebrate the Fourth Sunday of Easter where Jesus reminds us that my sheep hear my voice and they follow me. There will be a funeral at Sts. Mary and John for Nancy Ferguson at 9:30 am this coming Monday with visitation at 9 am. Please keep the Ferguson family in your prayers. Also we pray for Diane Weiss Altstadt and family at the passing of her mother, Rose Weiss. Thursday, May 15 at 6 pm I will do a presentation on the apparitions of Lourdes, Frances and some history on our grotto in the back of Church. This presentation will be done again Sunday, May 25 after 10 am Mass in Church. The parish office will close on Friday's at noon starting May 16. First Communion will take place Sunday, May 18 at the 10 am Mass. We pray for all Mother's on this Mother's Day weekend and pray this weekend for all vocations as we celebrate World Day for vocations. Finally we pray for the College of Cardinals as they gather to elect a new Pope. Thank you for all you do for our parish. May God bless your weekend.

Good evening. This weekend we celebrate the third Sunday of Easter where Jesus commissions his Apostles to feed His sheep. This weekend we will have a second collection for alms and anointing of the sick after Mass. We will also pray the Rosary before weekend Masses for the College of Cardinals as they elect the next Pope. Monday, May 5 will be the Nehemiah call to action gathering of CAJE at Bosse High School at 6 pm. All are welcome. There will be a Building and Grounds meeting on Thursday, May 8 at 6 pm. May 10 and 11 we will celebrate Mother's Day and World Day of Prayer for Vocations. We pray for favorable weather for farmers, gardeners and others dependent on the weather. Good evening. This weekend we celebrate the Second Sunday of Easter also referred to to as Divine Mercy Sunday. Divine Mercy requirements to be relieve of all temporal punishment include going to Confession with in 21 days of Divine Mercy Sunday, receiving the Eucharist, praying one Our Father and Nicene Creed, one heartfelt prayer to Jesus, and the intentions of Pope Francis before he died. Creation Care shirts will be sold this weekend after all Masses in the hallway. The first weekend of May we will have a second collection for alms and anointing of the sick after Mass. We pray for Pope Francis soul and this weekend we will pray the Rosary before all weekend Masses for him. There is also a novena that you can pray for Pope Francis which you can find on the website or there are copies in the back of Church. We also pray for Gerald Seib, the brother of Rich Seib who recently died, and for the Cardinals as they prepare to gather and elect a new Pope. Thank you for all you do for our parish.
